Treasurer Report
Carol S. inquiries if there are any questions or concerns regarding the financial report that was previously distributed.
Competitive Team Funds
Carol S. highlights that BoD must approve where competitive team funds will specifically be distributed for the Netherlands competition
Total Funds: $11,371
- Sanction fee: $250
- Insurance: $500
- Estimated competition fees: $166
- Catharine’s flights: previously paid for
Total Estimated Costs: $8,212
Recreational Team Funds
Charlotte suspects rec team will like to use their funds for competition fees – she will discuss with rec team what they wish to use funding for, and put forth a motion
UVIC Routines
A brief overview is given on UVIC’s plans for routine plans: tech, free, and solo

BoD are in general agreement that summer program will likely not be financially viable for this season, as there seems to be little interest from both competitive and rec team

UVIC Updates
Kirsten says UVIC team has one session left with Sarah before Sports Services Grant
Carol R. inquires if UVIC will be swimming at the Diamonds water show – we would need to check with the Diamonds if UVIC is interested
It is understood that Wendy is paying for Sarah’s coaching out of pocket, and will be reimbursed by BCAS
